1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Do not use the service if you do not agree or if applicable law prevents you from agreeing.

2. Service description

The website provides temporary image conversion, compression, resizing, PDF processing, account authentication, recent-download history, and related informational content. Features depend on the PHP extensions, codecs, libraries, binaries, memory, disk space, and execution permissions available on the hosting server.

3. Your files and permissions

You retain ownership of files you are authorized to upload. You grant the service a limited technical permission to receive, copy, decode, transform, store temporarily, and transmit those files only as needed to perform your requested operation. You are responsible for confirming that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful grounds.

4. Prohibited use

You may not upload or process malware, exploit code, unlawful content, stolen material, files that violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, content intended to harass or harm others, or material that would expose the server operator to legal liability. You may not attempt to bypass validation, access another user’s files, overwhelm the service, scrape protected areas, probe infrastructure, or interfere with availability.

5. Temporary retention and downloads

Files are intended to expire after 30 minutes. Download links can stop working earlier because of cleanup, server failure, administrator action, session changes, or storage limits. The service is not a backup system. Download and verify your result immediately, and preserve your original file.

6. Accounts and authentication

Google sign-in may be offered for convenience. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and signed-in devices. Administrator access is restricted to the configured administrator identity and password. Unauthorized administrative access attempts are prohibited and may be logged.

7. Conversion quality and compatibility

Conversions can alter metadata, color profiles, transparency, image quality, document features, page structure, forms, links, annotations, signatures, accessibility information, or other embedded data. Lossy formats intentionally discard information. You must inspect output before relying on it.

8. Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Tools may be changed, limited, suspended, or removed. “No file-count limit” means the application does not impose a queue-count cap; hosting upload limits, memory, CPU, execution time, disk capacity, and abuse controls still apply.

9. No professional advice

Technical explanations are general educational information. They are not legal, privacy, compliance, archival, accessibility, forensic, or information-security advice.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, exact fidelity, permanent storage, or error-free results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner will not be liable for lost files, lost profits, business interruption, corrupted output, privacy exposure caused by user choices, incompatible documents, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

12. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use, files you had no right to process, or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated for abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, repeated policy violations, or operational necessity.

14. Changes

These terms may be revised. Continued use after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
